Management Swissminiatur SA – General online sales conditions


The general conditions described below regulate the remote purchase of admission tickets (hereinafter “Admission ticket” or “Ticket”) to Management Swissminiatur SA through the website accessible at the URL (hereinafter the “Site” or “Website”).


Management Swissminiatur SA reserves the right to modify/adapt the information and prices of the tickets without any prior notice. No reimbursement or refund for the difference paid will be given for the same admission tickets after the purchase by the Customer if a lower price is offered by Management Swissminiatur SA.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale can be changed at any time. Any changes will be effective from the time they are published on the Website in the “Terms and Conditions” section. Customers are therefore advised to regularly access the Website and, before making any purchase, to consult the most up-to-date version of the General Conditions of Sale.


The different types of admission tickets are displayed directly on the Website. The Customer can view them before proceeding with the purchase.

In order to complete the purchase of the Admission tickets through the Website, the Customer must fill in an electronic order form which will be submitted directly to Management Swissminiatur SA following the guided procedure displayed on the website.

Before sending the form, the Customer will be asked to confirm the accuracy of the data entered and, in case of errors, it can be corrected. Should the system detect any errors or omissions in the mandatory fields of the form, it will automatically report it.

The Customer can than proceed with the payment as outlined in the next point.

Management Swissminiatur SA will send the Customer an order confirmation via e-mail of the purchase(s) made and the Admission ticket will be sent as an attachment.

The order form will be received by Management Swissminiatur SA only for the purposes of the successful completion of the purchase procedure, however it will not be stored in any of its databases.

The purchase of Admission tickets on the Website is reserved for natural persons aged 18 or over.

Management Swissmiatur SA reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders originating from a User with whom it has an ongoing legal dispute; by a User who has previously violated these General Conditions and/or the conditions and/or terms of the Contract; by a User who has been involved in fraud of any kind and, in particular, relating to payments by credit card, or scalping of tickets; from Users who have issued false, fictitious, incomplete or otherwise inexact or in any way misleading identification data or referred to third parties or that have not sent Management Swissminiatur SA the documents requested as part of the payment procedure, or have sent invalid documents.


Management Swissminiatur SA accepts the following forms of payment: PostFinance e-finance, PostFinance Card, VISA, Mastercard.

Upon transmission of the order at the end of the payment procedure, the total amount due will be debited from the selected payment method. At the end of the transaction the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the successful payment with the Ticket purchased attached.

If the payment authorisation is denied, Management Swissminiatur SA will not be able to send the Tickets and will not be responsible for any delay or a failed delivery.

Tickets cannot be duplicated. Printed copies of Tickets that are already validated will not be accepted.

The prices on the website are given in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT.

Admission tickets are not nominal and are therefore transferable. The validity is indicated on the ticket, which must be printed and presented at the cash desk. Alternatively, the Customer may also save the Ticket on his/her mobile device.

In the event of extraordinary closures of the Swissminiatur park, the expiry date of tickets purchased online will be extended for the same period.


The Customer acknowledges and accepts that should there be any interruption or suspension of the Website for any reason, Management Swissminiatur SA will in no way be liable to the purchaser and/or third parties for lack of availability, for which it does not guarantee continuity. Consequently, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that he/she will not be able to level any claim against Management Swissminiatur SA for indemnification and/or compensation for damage.

The Tickets cannot be resold for consideration in the commercial sense..


Management Swissminiatur SA would like to inform the Customer that, regarding the provision of services concerning leisure activities with a specific period of validity, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the Contract.

Therefore, the Customer cannot exercise any right of withdrawal on the purchase of any Ticket.

These Conditions and all disputes concerning their performance, interpretation and validity are subject to Swiss law and to the jurisdiction of the Court of Lugano.


The User undertakes to read these General Conditions of Sale before confirming his/her order. Once the product is confirmed and payment for it made, it is understood that the Customer has understood and agrees to these conditions.
