SECOND STOP

Lucerne

23 – 24 / 03 / 2022

Mascot Rudy visiting the glacier at 3,020 m a.s.l.

From the Titlis summit to the Kapellbrücke in Lucerne: two days of pure adventure for Rudy, the Swissminiatur mascot.

The second leg of Rudy on Tour started on the Titlis glacier and took Rudy the squirrel to an altitude of 3,020m in the Titlis Rotair cable car, which rotates 360° on its way to the summit. During his visit, Rudy met Schmuggli, the amusing mule, mascot of Engelberg-Titlis.
Afterwards, Rudy spent the morning at the Kapellbrücke and visited the Tourist Information Office of the city of Lucerne. On his way back to Ticino, our mascot stopped to visit the Coop Supermarket Seewen-Markt in Seewen, in the Canton of Schwyz. During these two days, the Swissminiatur squirrel didn’t miss a chance to have his photo taken and joke around with passers-by, brightening up their day with his cuteness.

In the Swissminiatur park, you can view faithful reproductions of the Titlis Rotair cable car and the Kapellbrücke, in the unusual 1:25 scale.

Rudy on Tour’s next destination will be Lausanne, from 26 to 28 April 2022, followed by Bern, Davos and Interlaken.
